About Turball.io

Turball.io is what happens when football meets a bunch of cars that really, really love going fast. Forget running after the ball on two legs. Here, you have wheels, a boost button, and a car that can fly through the air if you get the timing right. Your job is to smash the ball into the opponent’s goal while keeping your own net safe. It sounds straightforward until everyone rushes toward the same ball and turns the arena into a bumper-car party!

How to Play Turball.io

The rules are easy to understand. Drive around the arena, find the ball, and hit it toward the other team’s goal. The tricky part is controlling your speed and choosing the right moment to strike. Charge in too early, and you might miss completely. Wait too long, and another player could steal your chance.

Turball.io features everything from head-to-head duels to matches with larger teams. Keep an eye on your teammates and avoid leaving your goal wide open while chasing a big shot. You can also switch to Free Play whenever you want to practice. Try different approaches, work on your jumps, and get comfortable with aerial movements before returning to competitive matches.

Here’s a quick guide to the keyboard and mouse controls:

• W: Drive forward.

• S: Reverse.

• A / D: Steer left or right.

• Left Mouse Button: Use boost to pick up speed.

• Right Mouse Button: Jump toward the ball or reach it in the air.

• Shift: Powerslide around tight corners.

• Q / E: Rotate your car while airborne.

• Spacebar: Toggle Ball Cam to follow the ball more easily.

• 1–4: Select different training exercises.

• Backspace: Reset your training setup.

Spend a few minutes getting used to these controls. Boosting into the ball feels great, but boosting straight past it is a whole different story! If something feels different, check the in-game settings for the current key bindings.

Regular matches are only part of the fun. Hoops gives you a basketball-inspired challenge with elevated targets, so accurate shots matter even more. Snow Day swaps the ball for a puck, changing how you approach hits and passes. For players who enjoy surprises, Rumble adds random power-ups that can completely change the flow of a match.

You can also customize your ride with different wheels, decals, paint finishes, and boost effects. Daily missions, weekly challenges, and the Turball Pass provide extra goals for players who want something to work toward beyond scoring.

Tips for Better Matches

• Don't waste your boost. Keep some in reserve when you need to rush back and defend.

• Think ahead. Watch where the ball is heading instead of simply following it.

• Remember your goal. Scoring is exciting, but nobody enjoys watching an easy shot fly into their own net.

• Practice jumping. Better timing helps you reach high balls and create unexpected scoring chances.

• Learn to turn. Powerslides help you change direction when the action suddenly moves elsewhere.
